Security deposit


For all bookings, a security deposit is held on your card to cover any incidental costs, damages, or lost items.


For bookings accepted less than 48 hours prior to the booking start time, the security deposit hold will be authorized in conjunction with the total booking payment.


$199.99 deposit due 30 days prior to the charter date payable upon booking to reserve the charter trip's time and date.


Less than 30 days prior to the charter date, a $499.99 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the date and time of the charter trip.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before the start of your rental to cover any unforeseen damage that could occur while you are renting the property.


This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is over if there are no documented damages.


The hold will appear as a pending transaction on your statement.


Once the hold is removed, the pending transaction should no longer appear on your statement.

If damage is reported, your security deposit will be captured and held until the investigation has concluded.


If the repair costs exceed your captured deposit, your card on file will be charged the difference.


Any funds unused from the deposit or the deductible to cover damages will be refunded upon completion of the investigation.

Please note: Security deposits can take up to 10-15 business days to be released, depending on individual banking institutions.
