CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy


If you cancel your trip, the cancellation policy is effective immediately. The total refund depends on the cancellation policy set by the owner. We understand that travel plans can be subject to changes or disruptions. If you need to cancel your reservation, we need a written notice from you (such as an email to our Dream Life Miami Team).

7 days or More Before the Charter Date

If you must cancel ANY reason, we will provide a FULL refund with no questions asked.

Between 7 days to 48 hours Before the Charter Date

If you must cancel ANY reason, we will provide a FULL refund with no questions asked.

7 days or More Before the Charter Date

A partial refund will be given, minus a merchant processing charge.

Less than 48 hours Before the Charter Date

No Refunds will be given for cancelled reservations, and the Total Charter Amount will be charged.

In the event of extenuating circumstances, you may be entitled to a 100% refund.

There are several restrictions, for example:
  • Risky weather circumstances.
  • Unexpected events, such as a death in immediate family hospitalization, etc. (To refund your deposit fee-free, we do require medical documentation in the form of a doctor's report or certificate.)
Non-Refundable Conditions:
  • Scattered showers, cloudy skies, or "chances of rain". 
  • Media coverage that is not subject to formal federal or state constraints.

Trip modifications

If the reservation date is changed, the cancellation policy will still be in effect for the new charter date. Nevertheless, if the change was allowed when there was a fee for cancellations, the cancellation policy will still apply to the new date.
