According to federal coast guard regulations, only 12 people, including you, are permitted on a charter. 

When sailing, moored, or anchored to a dock or another boat, this limit cannot be exceeded.

 You must reserve more than one yacht if your party size exceeds 13.

A calendar showing the available times will appear after choosing your desired charter. 

If your selected time is not displayed, another reservation could already be made and interfere with your request.

The credit or debit card on file that was used to reserve your date with the first deposit will also be charged for the final balance. 

If no current card is on file, your charter may be forfeited. 

Payment has to be made in full before departure.

Yes, on the charter day, you must present a valid government ID and the debit or credit card used to make the reservation. 

The name on the valid government ID must match the name on the credit or debit card for it to be accepted.

Absolutely! For the day of your charter, we encourage you to bring any additional food and drinks. 

In addition, whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or another special occasion, we offer a cake and pastry add-on option in collaboration with Frudeco, a local Miami dessert store.

Please keep in mind, nonetheless, that we do not allow red wine or any other drinks that might easily stain our fleet to provide the finest experience. 

We do provide cancellation refunds and free charter rescheduling in the event of inclement weather. 

Certain Conditions Apply, including:

• At the time of departure, hazardous weather conditions must be present.
• Storms with an epicenter within 5 miles of Miami and any of the characteristics listed below:

- any identified storms that impact Miami's inland waterways.

- Miami's inland waterways will be affected by storms that are classified as "dangerous" and are expected to persist longer than 4 (four) hours.

- For local inland waterways around Miami with gusts more than 30 mph or waves greater than 3 feet high, advisories were issued.

We understand that travel plans can be subject to changes or disruptions. If you need to cancel your reservation, we need a written notice from you (such as an email).

7 days or More Before the charter date - If you must cancel ANY reason, we will provide a FULL refund with no questions asked.

Between 7 days to 48 hours Before the charter date - a partial refund will be given, minus a merchant processing charge.

Less than 48 hours - No Refunds will be given for cancelled reservations, and the Total charter amount will be charged.

There are several restrictions, for example:

• Risky weather circumstances.
• Unexpected events, such as a death in immediate family hospitalization, etc. (To refund your deposit fee-free, we do require medical documentation in the form of a doctor's report or certificate.)

Non-Refundable Conditions:

• Scattered showers, cloudy skies, or "chances of rain". 
• Media coverage that is not subject to formal federal or state constraints.

If there are no other reservations for the boat you select, you may change or postpone your reservation once. 

Booking modifications need at least 72 business hours notice. 

Remember that any previously booked upgrades may also result in a higher fee that the Charterer is responsible for.

Canceled or delayed traffic lights, late taxis, or traffic are not reasons to cancel a charter, but they should be considered when planning for any delays. 

Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the planned charter, as they will not be reimbursed if they arrive after.

• Your base price does not include gratuities. Please be prepared to provide our ship's crew, who will provide exceptional service on the day of your charter, with a minimum of 15% gratuity.
• Your base price does not include Florida's 7% sales tax.

• Any additional food or beverage items you’d like to enjoy while onboard (restrictions apply).
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, or other items for the water.
• Good Vibes & a Smile =)

The charterer must consent to a minimum 15% tip for the yacht's crew, and shoes are not allowed.

Onboard, cigarettes are not permitted, although vapes and electronic cigarettes are.

• No red wine or other substances that might stain the vessel are also prohibited.
• No clothing items that might stain the upholstery of the ship.
• No pets.
• No gas, propane, charcoal, or other sources of open fires.

It will be the charterers' and their visitors' responsibility to pay for any necessary repairs or replacements if they cause damage to the upholstery, deck, or other surfaces of the ship.
